ABOUT

The second edition of the Young Arab Diplomatic Leaders Program (YADL) coincides with the UAE's hosting of the 28th Conference of the Parties (COP28) at Expo Dubai, at the end of this year, 2023, and will focus on climate negotiation skills, the latest developments in environmental governance, and the prominent international agreements on climate change.

The program offers several workshops and qualitative training sessions for a group of Arab youth working in the diplomatic sector. This edition comes in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, the United Nation Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and Harvard University.

Provide a platform for training and empowering young Arab diplomats.

Refining negotiation skills and diplomatic techniques among Arab youth.
